Returns Policy
At Nivana, we strive for your satisfaction. You have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt. Return costs are always the customer's responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. Return requests must be submitted in full using our returns form and comply with the general return policy: the product must be unworn, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returns without a pre-completed form will not be accepted.
At Nivana, returns may be sent directly to the supplier abroad. This can vary by product and supplier, and can take place in different countries.
We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace so that your return can be tracked. Nivana is not responsible for products lost during transport back to the supplier.
